Kimchi making session

We got to make kimchi!! We learnt the different ingredients and procedures of how kimchi is made. You have to season the kimchi with salt, leave it for 6 hours. After that, you have to wash it and rub it with the kimchi sauce. It was a very fun experience! We also got to try different types of seaweed flavours.We also learnt that you can test the quality of a seaweed by bending it. The good quality one is light translucent green and can be easily bent. All in all, we enjoyed the experience especially those of us who are kimchi lovers! The kimchi was donated to an orphanage too.
